Browns to start third-string QB: Jason Campbell is second on Cleveland’s depth chart, but head coach Rob Chudzinski has decided to start Brian Hoyer when the Browns take a trip to Minnesota for Week 3. Browns GM Mike Lombardi seems enamored with Hoyer, but even the most incurable optimists will have a difficult time making a case that Hoyer will be a productive fantasy QB this week. The Vikings don’t even have to stuff the box and dare Hoyer to beat them in the air, because Cleveland’s running game hasn’t been productive either.
